Gabrielle D'Agostino, P.A. is a boutique law firm serving Palm Beach County and the surrounding South Florida coast. The firm focuses on the legal questions that touch our clients most personally — the future of a family, the structure of a significant real estate transaction, the resolution of a matter that has come to define a season of life — and meets each of them with the rigor and discretion they deserve.

Admitted to the Florida bar in 2004, Gabrielle has spent more than fifteen years practicing across Palm Beach, Martin, and Broward counties, and is also an active member of the Federal U.S. Southern District Court. Her practice has always been defined by a refusal to treat any matter as routine. Every client receives her direct attention, from the first conversation to the final resolution.

Born and raised in Manhattan, Gabrielle grew up in the rhythms of her family's long-running supermarket business, D'Agostino's, which her grandfather and great-uncle founded in New York in 1932. The values of that family enterprise — hard work, plain dealing, and unfailing care for the people you serve — remain the foundation of how she practices law today. She studied law at Nova Southeastern University and serves clients in English, Portuguese, and Spanish.
